We work with various NGO’ and religious and health institutions. We assist families and individuals who come to Ulises Cabrera seeking not only legal advice, but also someone who advocate for them unconditionally, regardless of the nature of their cases. The whole firm unstintingly devotes our talent, time and efforts to social causes contributing to transparency in the rule law that promotes the general welfare.

Within the framework of social responsibility in the legal community, we assumed the institutional commitment by signing the Pro Bono Declaration of the Americas and signing the Collaboration Agreement to promote access to justice for persons, communities or groups in vulnerable situations, taking on cases related to the violation of human rights and access to justice that are required by people of limited economic resources through the Pro Bono Dominican Republic Foundation.

Ulises Cabrera is committed to offering timely and effective solutions, which is why we are associates of the social responsibility and entrepreneurship program, 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐏𝐈 𝐏𝐑𝐎 𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐎, of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). This program is responsible for helping innovators and entrepreneurs, with limited economic capacity to receive legal advice on Intellectual Property and protect their creations throughout the American continent.

In said agreement, Ulises Cabrera undertakes to provide Pro-Bono services related to trademarks, patents, copyright, related rights, industrial design, administrative and judicial litigation, domain names, plant varieties and new technologies.
