Emely Ramirez joined Ulises Cabrera in 2021 as an Associate in the Real Estate & Tourism department.
Emely has been in legal practice since 2013, focusing on real estate, registry, contract, corporate, tax law, and real estate-related litigation.
Her experience includes managing administrative and judicial proceedings before various bodies within the Real Estate Jurisdiction.
She has extensive expertise in the regularization of securities, supervision of land surveys, drafting of contracts, and preparation of due diligence reports for real estate transactions. Additionally, she has represented clients in reviewing corporate documents to ensure compliance with Law 108-05 on Real Estate Registry.
Her professional practice combines a technical and strategic approach, providing comprehensive legal solutions to businesses and individuals, both domestically and internationally.
