Iris Pérez joined Ulises Cabrera in 2022 as senior associate of the Dispute Resolution department.
In the practice of law since 1998, her professional practice focuses on labor, corporate, civil and land law. For more than 20 years, she has advised and represented some of the largest hotel chains established in the Dominican Republic in labor cases, using her experience as General Secretary of the Fourth Chamber of the National District Labor Court (1993- 1996) and as Assistant to the Presiding Judge of the Fourth Chamber of the Labor Court of the National District (1996-1999).
