Corporate and M&A

Intellectual Property

In that same vein, The IP and new technologies department at Ulises Cabrera predominantly advises on trademark registrations, but the team is also skilled in handling opposition, cancellation and nullity actions, anti-counterfeiting cases and unfair competition claims.
