A skilled negotiator for national and multinational companies, as well as for the Dominican government, her expertise spans commercial contracts, energy purchase and sale agreements, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, public utility concessions, natural resource exploitation, and public-private partnerships (PPPs), among others.
Notably, from 2020 to 2022, she served as external legal advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines, leading the legal team in the thermal power generation, electrical distribution, renewable energy, mining, and hydrocarbons sectors, as well as in the dissolution of the Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas Estatales.
